Returns・返品について
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery, as noted by the carrier. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unread, and in the same condition that you received it. Non-book items must also be in the original packaging.
返品受付期間は、配送業者による配達日から起算して14日間です。ご購入から14日以上経過した場合、残念ながら返金・交換はお受けできません。
返品対象となる商品は、未使用・未開封で、お届け時の状態のままである必要があります。書籍以外の商品は、元の包装状態であることも条件となります。
Shipping your return・返品品の発送
We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and returns are shipped at your expense to the following address in Tokyo:

You should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and accept no responsibility for lost packages.

Damages and issues・損害と問題
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
商品到着後、必ず内容をご確認ください。万が一、商品に欠陥や損傷がある場合、または誤った商品が届いた場合は、直ちにご連絡ください。問題を確認し、適切な対応をさせていただきます。
Exceptions / non-returnable items・例外／返品不可商品
Items purchased at a discount and/or marked final sale are not eligible. Bulk orders are also not eligible for return.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
割引価格で購入した商品および/または「最終販売品」と表示された商品は対象外です。また、まとめ買い商品も返品対象外となります。
特定の商品（生鮮品（食品・花・植物等）、特注品（特別注文品・パーソナライズ商品等）、個人用ケア用品（美容製品等））は返品不可です。危険物、可燃性液体、ガス類の返品も承っておりません。商品に関するご質問やご不明点がございましたら、お問い合わせください。
Exchanges・取引所
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@featherheartbooks.com and send your item to:

Refunds (if applicable)・返金（該当する場合）
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of hte approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@featherheartbooks.com.
返品商品が到着し、検査が完了次第、返品商品の受領確認メールをお送りします。併せて返金承認の可否についてご連絡いたします。返金が承認された場合、10営業日以内に返金処理が行われ、クレジットカードまたは当初のお支払い方法へ自動的に返金されます。なお、銀行やクレジットカード会社による返金処理・反映には別途時間を要する場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
返品承認から10営業日以上経過しても返金がない場合は、contact@featherheartbooks.comまでご連絡ください。
