Shipping policy

At the moment, Featherheart Books mainly ships domestically (to addresses in Japan). We are able to accommodate international shipments, noting that any customs fees will have to be covered by the customer. Once your order is received, the delivery fees will be reviewed - and may change - to ensure that they accurately reflect the latest shipping rates and the recipient's location. 

Unless otherwise noted on product page (such as for pre-orders), your item(s) will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on location, but will typically arrive within 2-5 days for domestic orders. International orders will typically arrive in 7-14 days, subject to delays due to extenuating circumstances (such as high demand, logistical issues, customs processing, etc.).

Our primary delivery partner for small packages is Yamato Transport, but will use Sagawa Express for larger packages. Other delivery partners, such as Japan Post, will be used for international orders and under exceptional circumstances for domestic orders.

Featherheart Books is determined to provide the most affordable, efficient, and reliable service for our customers.

現在、Featherheart Booksでは日本国内（日本国内の住所）のみへの発送となっております。特別な事情がある場合、国際発送に対応できる可能性はありますが、その場合の配送料および通関手数料はお客様のご負担となります。

国際配送に対応しておりますが、関税等の通関手数料はお客様のご負担となります。ご注文受付後、最新の配送料金と配送先地域に基づき配送料金を再計算いたします（変更となる場合がございます）。

商品ページに別途記載がある場合（予約商品など）を除き、ご注文商品は1～3営業日以内に発送いたします。配送日数は地域により異なりますが、通常2～5日で到着します。

小包の配送は主にヤマト運輸を利用しますが、大型荷物には佐川急便を利用します。国際配送および国内配送における例外的な状況においては、日本郵便などの他の配送パートナーが利用されます。

Shipping fees・配送料

Orders under or equal to 1kg (max. 3cm depth, incld. packaging) will be sent by Yamato Transport (クロネコゆうパケット), at the cost of ¥412 for all addresses in Japan.

For orders above 1kg, the table below is the basis of our shipping fees, taken from Sagawa Express (as of November 2025).

For international orders, please refer to the latest rates and delivery times on the Japan Post website.

1kg以下（最大厚さ3cm、包装含む）のご注文は、ヤマト運輸（クロネコゆうパケット）にて発送いたします。日本国内全地域一律412円です。

1kgを超えるご注文については、佐川急便（2025年11月時点）の配送料金を基に、下記の表が配送料金の基準となります。

国際配送のご注文については、日本郵便のウェブサイトにて最新の料金と配達時間をご確認ください。

Backorder & pre-order・バックオーダーと予約注文

These titles will ship upon the release/re-stock date indicated on the product page. Any additional/in-stock titles in your order will ship together at the later date, not separately. If you would like your in-stock titles sooner, please place a separate order or contact us for a split shipping invoice.

これらの商品は、商品ページに記載の発売日／再入荷日に発送されます。ご注文内の追加商品／在庫あり商品は、別途発送ではなく、後日の発送日にまとめて発送されます。在庫あり商品を先に受け取りたい場合は、別途ご注文いただくか、分割発送の請求書についてお問い合わせください。
